Yoga and Mediation - New class

Students of all levels who want to deepen their practice are welcome to attend this class. Ideal for beginners up to advanced yogis. Simple basic poses, devotional chants, breathing and meditation techniques are practiced.

Gentle
A slow-paced, less rigorous class, where the emphasis is on alignment and breath. Ideal for anyone having taken Heal Your Back/Therapeutic, recovering from an injury, or dealing with a chronic pain issue

Hatha Yoga
Ideal for the beginning or advanced student alike! The focus is on standing, sitting, backbend and twisting poses. Students of all levels who are ready to deepen their practice are welcome to attend this challenging class. Learn hatha yoga in a safe and structured way . Basic poses are refined, inverted poses are explored and you will learn the fundamentals of technique, flow, breath, and relaxation.

Heal Your Back and Therapeutic Yoga

The focus in this class is healing using yoga posture, breathing practices, deep relaxation techniques, imagery and meditation techniques specifically tailored to the students needs.  This is ideal for anyone of any age coping with an illness or chronic pain. More info...

Vinyasa Flow

Lengthen, strengthen and tone your body from head to toe while calming the central nervous system through breath and movement. The connection of body, mind and breath become apparent with this series of yoga postures that flow one to the next for a moving and breathing meditation. This class promotes peace of mind, a healthy body and a fresh outlook.

Women's Inner Health

This class integrates Hatha and Acu-Yoga (self-acupressure and yoga) to release tension and stress from the body, breathing and relaxation techniques to calm and relax the mind and nervous system, and guided meditation to connect you within. This is an excellent class for women planning to conceive, for stress management, during life transitions as well as for stress related concerns like headaches, low back and neck tension, fatigue, insomnia, low energy, PMS.   No prior yoga experience is necessary.

Arrive for class on time. First-time students please show up 10 minutes early to register.

Wear comfortable clothing (shorts, t-shirts, leotards, footless tights) and bare feet. Strong perfume, and heavy jewelry are not recommended. Come with an empty stomach. Prenatal students should eat something light approximately one hour before class.

Class Card Policy
Applies to all classes
• Class cards are valid for a limited

  period of time, your expiration date

  will be given to you when you are

  issued your card. You are

  responsible for knowing your

  expiration date.
• Classes that are not used by the

  expiration date are forfeited.
• Class cards are non-transferable.
• Class cards have no cash value
• All fees once paid are

  non-refundable.
• All fees and schedules are subject to

  change without notice.
